Slight Vibrations at HWY speeds
So I have an AWD IS and recently rebuilt some wheels and got new tires. Ever since the new tires I've been feeling a slight vibration when I let of the gas or cruise at highway speeds (65mph+). I'm fully aware of needing to have the same rolling diameter on all four tires and I did my homework before buying new tires. In the front I'm running a Falken 543 225/35R19 on the 19x9, according to Falken the OD is 25.3in. In the rear I'm running a Toyo proxes 4 plus 235/35R19 on a 19x9.5 size wheel, the OD is 25.5 in. So there is a .2in difference between the two tires but the rear is slightly stretched.
Do you think the vibrations are due to the staggered set up?
I feel the vibrations coming from the front, could it be that the Falkens just cause some vibration?

Also should mention that before rebuilding the wheels I was running them at 19×9.5/19×10.5 with a 225/35 (can't remember what brand) in the front and a 235/35 nitto nt555 in the rear. I hade these wheels sitting in my garage before buying my car, I figured I'd slap them on for ****s and giggles. It drove fine with no vibrations what so ever.

I agree with pheonix72 that an improperly balanced wheel is one of the prime suspects for vibrations at high speeds.
Another frequent cause is a bent rim; what was wrong with your wheels that caused you to have them rebuilt?

I'll have them rebalanced this weekend hopefully that solves my problem. The offsets I had before where WAY to aggressive, I would have needed a wide body kit or some serious negative camber. What makes me worry a bit is the fact that the vibrations are only noticeable when I let off the gas. If I'm accelerating, even a little bit the vibrations go away.

Sounds like a balancing issue. Make sure to have them road-force balanced
The only time I've seen a diff issue (varying rolling diameters) the car just stopped and heard a ton of noise from underneath.

I am well aware that a bent wheel can cause vibrations... I have 3 piece wheels. I replaced the inner barrels and outer lips to change width and offset of the wheels. The wheels went from being 19x10.5 -15 to 19x9 +18.
