Default tires rubbing bumper tap issue...

HI CL I need some help..just installed set of bc coilover and my front driver side is rubbing the bumper tap.. my passenger side is totally fine with no rubbing at all.. I have 19x8.5 +30 up front. My question is how come only 1 side is rubbing? Is it camber issue what can I do to stop it from rubbing? I know u can relocate the bumper tap but since my passenger side is not rubbing at what's the problem with the driver side? Thank you!!

I level it the best I could.. even is not 100% level it should be only off by few mm but the rubbing on the driver side is kinda bad even a little bump. Never been in any accident

Tires all same brand and it's previously lowered with tein s tech with no rubbing at all. I'm not going any lower than the tein s tech.
