So i was installing my f sport intake on 11" is250 and when securing the lower air intake box i tightened the 10mm bolt too much and it snapped !!! How would i go fix this its sticking a bit out, but dont know how to get it out--- ive been driving with only that bottom 10mm screw holding it its not too loose unless i move it?? !!!!

Doubt it'll make any difference, as you still have three good bolts/nuts holding the lower box down.

But yeah, post pics so we have a better idea of what you're talking about.

It really wouldnt make a difference. I broke one of mine too and have been driving like that for a while. I just made sure mine is snug and doesnt move.

If the bolt is up enough, try to get vice grips on it and unscrew it. But it shouldn't be an issue.

I once drive a car for months without any bolts holding my intake down. Other then an occasional rattle, no problem.

Try drilling it and using one of those reverse thread, broken-bolt removers. Failing that, drill it out altogether and re-tap the threads.
