Recommendation??? [Wheel spacers and lowering springs]

Hy guys

I need help about wheel spacers and lowering springs.what is the best setup for front and back ???I dont want that my tier is rubbing against the fender so what is the optimal distance to put wheel spacers????

We need MORE details! Wheels specs, exact springs you're running, tire specs, etc.

Everything is factory stock.

Front tiers 225/40 R18
Back tiers 255/40 R18

I have a F sport model so i dont know if there is a difference between F sport model and other.
