Unless the miles are super low I'd say the piller wrinkle and negative door gap totaled it even if airbags didn't go off.
That is not to say it couldn't be fixed but it won't get fixed.

Sorry.
+1. Don't know if a lot of people noticed that wrinkle above the door, and I would say that alone will total it. Rear door gap due to it. It's also old considering it looks to be a 06 (lacks sharkfin, silver wheels rather than gunmetal), so I doubt mileage would really matter in this case. Just prepare to start looking around for other IS's in your area for sale with similar mileage, condition and features for when your adjuster comes out and eventually low ***** you.
Of course anything can be fixed, the question is, is it worth it?

Like if it is of good health and they gave you 6k. A frame shop could pull it back for cheap restoring shape and door gap. It would be even cheaper if owner gutted trunk of plastic and sound deadening material. Cost would be paint and pulling.
The downside is rebuild title and if ever hit again you are left with nothing....
I used to fix cars like that all the time. Of course the correct fix is pulling it straight and hanging a new panel which its not worth to the insurance company.
OP look in the wheel well near the center of the axle and see if its sunken or bulging compared to the other side....
