Looking at a 250. Does this info from Lexus site mean the Carbon recall was done?

The codes look different, but is this the full rebuild for the carbon buildup issue?

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT - CUSTOMER REPORTS THE VEHICLE SEEMS TO BE RUNNING ROUGH AT IDLE AND FEELS LIKE ITS GOING TO DOWN AT TIMES. - CHECK AND ADVISE ======== - TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO VERIFY CONCERN DURING TEST DRIVE AND FOUND THE VEHICLE MISFIRE MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS DROPPING IDE WHEN COLD AND/OR WHEN HOT MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY. - RECOMMEND TSIB L - SB - 0068 - 11 ========= - PERFORMED TSIB L - SB - 0068 - 11 - INSTALLED NEW PISTONS/PISON RINGS, VALVE LASH ADJUSTERS AND VALVE SPRING RETAINERS.

yes. regardless of the code those parts were replaced for the carbon repair on my IS.

Someone just told me that the parts listed in that verbiage is for an 06 (adjusters and retainers along with valve springs). But the car is actually an 09. Is that true?
