Question Front passenger side of moonroof sits low

I have a 2008 IS350. The moonroof is loose on the front passenger side. From the top exterior, you can see that it sits lower than the rest of the moonroof areas. You can push it up from the inside. If you open the moonroof a bit, you can see that the driver side is very tightly attached. The glass will not move up at all. The passenger side glass will lift about 1/2" in the front. I have not tried to use the lift part of it to see if I can see anything else.

Has anyone else had an issue with this? The roof does NOT leak nor has any wind noise. I am assuming either a tab has broken, or it has something that holds it to the track on the front that needs putting back in place or replacing.

Thanks!

**Update*** I checked with the roof raised versus being all the way back. I have looked as best I can down the tracks from front, rear, and sides. I am not seeing what could be different. Obviously something is not hooked anymore. To try and describe this, it is limited up when lifting up. It hits a stopping point almost like there is a pin that is riding in a slot up and down. It then hits the top of the slot and will go no further. Does this information help if anyone has ever had or heard of this?

Thumbs up Was able to get this fixed pretty easily

I examined the .PDF that someone had posted with the schematic breakdown of the moon roof plus another blog post elsewhere. I was able to pop off the accordion-like rubber protector on the interior side of the roof. Behind it was an exposed rail system. The front mount screw with washer was nearly half way out. I simply realigned the roof panel up and down and tightened the torx screw. Be sure not to over-tighten. You can adjust all sides this way from what I saw.
