Mine took about six weeks. Ive had my new dashboard for about a year now I think. I'll need to look at my state inspection sticker since I got them both done at the same time. I havent put in for the doors yet but they're really getting knicked up now too.

I finally had my front doors replaced after waiting for 7 months. The rears are still on backorder. It's nice to have new leather on the doors. For some reason it appears that my speakers sound better now? I don't know if they got replaced with the doors or not.

I called my local Lexus dealership about a month ago in August/2016 and they told me they had ordered the parts and that they should be in the next month. So here we are, the next month. I'm going to call soon, but I have a question...it appears that my driver's door has been replaced. There is a sticker with a different ISX50 VIN on it. Are they going to care about that?

@gohan. Could be an interior swap at some point or if the car was in an accident and the parts were sourced from a doner car/ junk yard.

Been on wait list since last September at local Lexus dealer in Houston TX, and just got my door panels replaced this week. Still no exact ETA for dash, but door panels was at least a start. Just kinda pisses me off that 2 years ago in September 2014, I went in for dash stuff, and at time they were doing anything about it. Complained to Lexus corporate, and best they offered was 50/50 split. I pay $1500 for dash and door panels and they pay $1500 for labor. Sounded a bit more fair, but didnt have $1500 cash laying on me. Then months later I got the notice about replacing for free. Felt like I shouldve been bumped up in replacement list for all the hassles I went through, but they said they would just be replacing by which parts came in first. Not necessarily by person.

Looks like there is a class-action lawsuit regarding this.
Unfortunately, IS-F owners like myself have still not been included even-though we are experiencing these same issues.

Similar thing happened to me two summers ago when my dash first started getting sticky. I brought it up on a service visit, but after the inspection they concluded it wasn't sticky enough yet to warrant a change out. At that point I thought it would be on record from that moment and my slot to get on the list would be taken from then. No. A year later I came in for another service and mentioned the melting dash again. This time it was worse and confirmed I qualified, but my place in line started that day and not from a year ago when I first complained. Oh well.

Got a message that 1 door panel is ready to be put in. The dealer says, I can come in and have it done, which is unexpected, why will they do it piece meal. I guess they get paid more doing it this way, just a hunch. The message says if I want to wait, so be it. I may not be able to wait for doors and the dashboard to be done together, soon as the the other door panel gets in, I will take it in. Then do the dashboard separately.

I got an email from them last week and thought finally. But NOPE, it was just saying my parts are still on order and we're just letting you know we haven't forgotten about you. Crap!

You mean your car on the list. Well, here is my case. My car was in for the inspection for over a year already. I recently contact dealer to see how far it goes. The rep confirmed me that they already placed order for my car (base on the my VIN) but the parts is not shipped out yet.
