This is getting a bit of beyond nuisance at least that's how I feel.
Lexus (Toyota) is definitely playing the waiting game.
May be consumers like us should consider file another lawsuit.
The heat here in Texas in the summer just makes my dash board feel like a melting tar jell plate.
Any where I touch it gets all over my hand/fingers.

I went and got mine expected. All I'm getting is a driver's side door because it was cracked. The dash damage was "customer inflicted" so they won't cover that. All other door panels were faded and scratched and they won't replace those. Couple month wait for the door panel. Not sure how I feel about this.

The parts for your car should have been "ordered" when they did the inspection. They placed an order for my car based on the VIN in 2014. It's hit or miss, just because the parts have been "ordered" doesn't mean much since they're backordered all over the nation and very few are being shipped out.

After being on the waiting list since September 2015 I got a call from Tustin Lexus saying they got a dash in for my 2007 IS250
Took my car over there this afternoon. I am on another waiting list to get all 4 of my door panels replaced as well.

I also asked if i can get a price check on a shift boot since mine was all messed up.
They automatically assumed i had an automatic, and once i said i had a manual
they looked at me and said... Really? you have... a 6 speed manual?
We haven't seen one in a very long time those aren't common

$217.00 for a shift boot is ridiculous.

Can't wait to drive my car with no glare on my windshield!

And i got 2016 GS350 F Sport as my rental.
Not used to so much technology in a car...

After about a year, Lexus of mobile just did my dash. The guy there said that he's been working there for 15 months and hasn't seen a single door panels replacement since he's been there. Guess i'll have to wait and see for my door panels.

I commissioned Redlinegoods to make me a shift boot and e-brake handle for my manual. any color and thread combo you want. I paid 40 since i sent mine in for the template, but a new one is less than 100 for sure. photos on the site are from my car after I installed them. http://www.redlinegoods.com/IS06shiftboot.php

For those who have already gotten dash and or panels replaced do we still have to cover the labor costs ourselves for this to be completed or is that included in the warranty enhancement?

Both parts and labor are covered under the replacement; you shouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket for it.
