Default Oil change light reminder issue

Hey guys is it possible my Lexus dealer didn't reset or turn on my oil change reminder light. Last time my reminder came on I had 63k miles and the light came on. I took it to Lexus dealer in Chicago and they changed the oil but now I have 67250 miles and it still not showing nothing.. When they changed the oil they put a sticker on my windshield that said next oil change at 67k. Thanks in advanced

It reminds you after you drive 5k miles.

If you have a Mark Levingston navi then youre able to set the oil change reminder light to whatever you please. I personally set mine to 9k because im running synthetic.

Do you mean the service reminder on the dash?
Try this procedure:
1.Odometer Must be in Total trip display
2. Turn the car off
3. Hold the Odometer button down and continue to hold throught all steps to follow
4. Do NOT put your foot on the brake
5. Push the ignition button twice. Do not hold
6. Watch the display (continue to hold the Odometer button)
7. The Oil Maintenance light will reset after a few seconds
8. Finally, release the odometer button.
I believe they have the service interval at 10k miles.
Mark Levison setup is separate from the dash. This allow you to set any service interval you would like and they basically count down based on the settings.

service reminder only show if you have less then 500 to change your oil (at 4500 miles). Not after 5k
