Default toy drive/mini car meet show engine bay help

Hey guys have a mini car meet/show and we are doing a toys for tots drive. Thinking of doing up my engine bay and needed some ideas. I already have a cf engine cover but not sure what to do about the covers if i should paint them or remove them and paint some of the plastic parts l. Any feedback is appreciated

Thats what i was thinking i just need ideas or combos that i can think of like maybe removing the teo sides leaving radiator cover and painting some of the panels

Any pics on hydro dipping? I did get this idea and was considering something like it but dont wanna be a copy cat.
