Does anyone know if the ISF rear section of the exhaust (pictured below) can directly bolt onto an IS250? Other than the bumper issue, does the pictured section actually directly fit? does it have a better exhaust note? and does it effect emissions?

Off the top I think this is a no. Asked this a while back and was told the F exhaust is just a bit longer than 250 :/

What give the ISF its exhaust note is the V8 and sound box. Your 250 isn't gonna come close to that sound just by adding this.
