Looks like a vertex rear to me. I got my Tom's from l-tunedparts in socal.

That's a vertex. The Tom's rear has more pronounced "diffuser" fins.

The 09-13 looks better to me. I told him that my year is 2007 and he quoted me $610 shipped... didnt realize they look so different. I woulda been bummed for not checking this lol glad I thought $610 was expensive I never looked into it any further.

Is there really a difference on the rear bumper covers of the '09+ vs the early models? I like the '09+ much more over the previous.

The difference in the '09+ OEM bumper is the horizontal beauty line underneath the reflectors. It is more pronounced. The '09-13' Toms rear will fit on the '06-08 OEM bumper without a problem.

Just to be clear, you WILL need to cut part of your OEM bumper off if you install the '09+ Toms rear since it is made for a dual exhaust tip setup. Otherwise, you will see part of your OEM bumper through the exhaust opening of the '09 Toms (see below).

do you guys know how much lower the vertex lip sits? i dont want the rear sitting lower than the oem side skirts. if it sits lower then the sides i will probably end up going with the gfx rear.
