I know they are located on that center plug but I'm not quite sure which ones they are.

There are no factory subwoofers in the doors.

There are according to this wiring diagram. My issue is that this is for an older model and I don't have any pink and brown wires

Well, there are no subwoofers in the door - the larger speaker is just a regular woofer (as printed in your diagram). The sub is under the rear parcel shelf. What are you trying to accomplish?
