Personally I would never have an IS2/350 as an occasional/sunday driver (Unless its a heavily modified car). Seems too common of a car to only drive every now and then, my IS is getting a little beat up from the daily commute.

An IS-F on the other hand I can see doing that

My IS350 is driven 2k miles/ year simply because I drive my S2000 all the time because I do not need the room. The S2000 is so much more fun even if I spend $1k in tires per year and $500 more for insurance per year. Saying the IS is too common is like saying the Porsche is too common too since I see them everywhere in Socal. I do agree the IS-F is a rare car.

I wouldn't consider my IS a "Sunday Driver". I drive 6 days a week but my commutes aren't more than 15 miles a day. Reason why I'm not driving the IS on a daily basis. I'm extremely picky and my IS is black. I make sure there isn't any swirls on the car. Driving through snow and washing it properly takes to much effort and I'm only going to drive it on sunny days. I got snow tires but it sucks in the snow. I am lowered though about 1.5 inches and have a full lip kit so I plow snow. Also spent $12K in mods on it. Here in Chicago, IS-F's are way more common than the 350 too.

I'm just to the point where I'm "done" modding my IS and would like to keep it looking in great condition. Can't sell the car for reasons and I've had it since high school. I might also supercharge it one day.

Just trying to get a manual, AWD car, that can be tuned, and in a color other than black so I don't have to worry so much about keeping it clean.

How it sits now.

^This. Water is a byproduct of combustion. If you don't let your oil warm up completely water will start to accumulate. This is the main reason to change your oil at least once a year.
