Default Rpm drops when braking

I'm just wondering why my rpm drops and car stutters a little when I a coming to a complete stop in my car. The engine should be fine since I just did te tsb any suggestions of what it is? I got a new short engine block and head gasket etc so I have no idea what it could be. Also it happens when I switch gears and I have noticed my clock has been off lately. The dealer said the alternator pulley needed to be replaced but my uncle who is a mechanics said it checked out.

My guess is your alternator is starting to fail or your battery is low charged.
