Default bits of foam coming from aircon

Hi all,

I keep finding little bits of foam (roughly 2cm in length) that I'm pretty sure keep blowing out of the aircon - any idea where it is coming from and/or what needs replacing? its a 2006 is350.

It's just the foam that seals all the plastic air con plastic nothing to worrie about
if ye want to stop it take off all the pipes and clear them out and wipe off any loose foam should last a few more years before ye see more

There are foam that look like that when you take the center vents out. Not sure if they're the same foams.

Great, thanks for all the replies everyone! Might look at replacing that when I pull the whole unit out when/if my ivic arrives.

You can likely get some self-stick foam weather stripping from Home Depot or Lowes that would do the trick. Not sure if Lexus makes replacement pieces or not.
