Default Changing Front Turn Signals

Hi...

My font passenger side turn signal (the one in the headlight) burned out. I search the forums and only saw people mention that you have to take off the front bumper to change to bulbs.

I called the Lexus dealership for a quote to fix and they said $40 plus bulb. They mentioned that you do not have to take off the front bumper to do it.

Has anyone changed out their front turn signal before? Do you really need to take of the bumper to replace the light?

Thanks!
Jay

It is true you need to take off the bumper. Nothing you can't do on your own though with simple hand tools and a beer.
