Woom Woom Woom sound
So I did a bit of search and anyone experiencing this type of sound seems to be saying it came from the wheel bearings.
Whenever I accelerate up to 35+ mph, I'll start hearing a slight sound like "woom woom woom woom." The faster I go, the faster it'll sound. I initially thought it was a flat tire, but it wasn't and then I thought it was my wheel balancing but my steering wheel never shakes so that's out of the question.
Has anyone else experienced this before? If you have any knowledge about this or suggestions, please fill me in!

I might be experiencing the same problem as you... Not sure if woom is the perfect word for it, but I can definitely see that being the noise I'm hearing. It's relatively high pitched and does intensify with speed which means it could be the bearings.
I was planning on taking it to a tire shop to see if it was an alignment issue. Not so sure now though .

I noted a similar woom-type noise that I attributed to aftermarket 19" Volks being put on by the
previous user. It seems to be more noticable when decelerating from 40-0, coming from
the wheels. Professional alignment was done and no change at all to the noise.

I had a similar noise except i noticed mine more when I started slowing down, ended up being my tires being extremely worn on the inside shoulder.

I have a similar noise thanks to the awful BFGoodrich g-force sport comp-2s. Cant wait for them to wear out just so I can replace them.
Sounds like a tire to noise from what you are describing. If it started suddenly it could be a separated tread/belt with in the tire. That wont always cause a shimmy. Also double check your tire pressures.

i wonder if my back end 'drifting' a few weeks ago has anything to do with this. i took an on ramp too fast and the back end went out til i slowed enough for hte tires to catch.

If your back end is whipping out, could it be your suspension problem?
I took my car into Platinum VIP and had Kennedy check it out. He's really the best!
We went for a spin in my car and we both initially thought it could be the wheel bearings, but we were trying to figure out exactly which one. Though we both heard it from the front, we wanted to make sure. He got my car on the lift and spun each wheel while listening closely, and he told me my wheel bearings were fine. Looking further in, he saw that my tires were "choppy" and that was what was making the noise. Looking closely at my tires, they were REALLY choppy, so I'm just gonna run these through and get new tires.
