cleaning out my car and just noticed sticky dash + following.. Can this be replace or repaired? Any recalls?

Same issue, best you can do is call corporate and complain, they offered 25% off a new dash but refuse to replace at no charge

How much was it? I read somewhere where a member paid $250 to fix it form dealership.

You can try to use 303 aero space cleaner to help it not get any worse but that's not a guarantee.
I've read that some leather seat shops who work with vynial can repair it but I have yet to see any photos

i was told that there was a recall for sticky dash. The car currently have 133xxx and wondering if the dealership will repair it under good will or etc.

I had the same thing happen to my dash and it actually started cracking from the corner of the air vents up towards the front of the dash. Went through the process of calling Lexus Corporate and they ended up covering the entire cost plus labor of a brand new dash. My 08 IS had about 45K miles on it when the dash was replaced. This was done just in February of 2013.

My dash looks 100 times worse. it started cracking and I have the same sticky dash issue but when I wanted to replace my HU for the Flyaudio unit, the dash started to crumble on the upper side. Be VERY careful if you ever have to take your HU out. My car is out of warranty so I am forced to deal with it
