So.. I want to upgrade my 2008 headlights to the 2012 headlights. I'm reading through as many threads I can about it and I couldn't really understand how the re-pinning works. I know that people said the Sewell headlights come pre-pinned and I just need to change out the cube. But, if I buy from:

Would I have to re-pinn it and then be able to just plug it in and have it work as DRL? Or would I have to do more work than that? I'm just wondering how hard re-pinning the wires would be..

Also, is it worth 500 to get the "loaded" or should I just suck it up and do the work myself removing my old ballast and installing it on the new? HELP!

Is it worth getting the 2012 or should I just go ahead and buy the 2011's since they're a bit cheaper but not as bright?
