Looks like the chameleon plastidip because the Optima emblem is also painted and I highly doubt someone would wrap that, go check out dipyourcar on YouTube they do all sorts of things.

9 tmies out of 10 it doesn't look good but I have seen one or two in person that you cannot tell if it is vinyl or not. Very rare but possible.
