A quick update: ebay guy named "lexpartsplus" HAS SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED my black out navigation for $195 with free 2-day shipping back to me. Gville350, thank you for the recommendation. I spoke to him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and keep his promise.

He SAVED me $3000 dollars lol. That is how much it costs to have it replaced @ dealership lol.
