It was standard practice for people on Ebay to a larger portion of the $ in shipping to bypass the Ebay fees, which is why Ebay now charges a 10% fee on shipping.

and it is coming from overseas, so it might actually be correct. I remember i shipped a candle within the US and it was 15 dollars, now looking at the size of a front lip, it might actually be 150, maybe not though.
