Hey everyone. I was doing some lurking aound a little while back and saw a video in someones LED interior bulb thread. The video was a detailed tutorial on how to remove all interior (and a exterior) covers.

Totally spaced bookmarking..

edit: instead of removing the whole overhead console, you can pop off the white/clear cover to change out the 3 bulbs. Be careful not to use anything sharp because the plastic around the cover will get damaged very easily
