Bluetooth constant disconnection

Bluetooth constant disconnection
I have paired the my iPhone 4s to the car 2012 IS250 with nav via bluetooth. I can call people and stream MP3 perfectly fine. However, almost every call will have bluetooth disconnection at a random interval and I have to manually press some buttons during the call to reconnect the phone. This has been on-going since the first day I purchased the car new.
I thought it would be a iPhone 4s problem so I pair it with my IS350, it works perfectly. Then, I pair SamSung Galaxy S3 to the IS250, same random bluetooth disconnection. Again, pair the S3 back with IS350, no problem.
I emailed Abel Carreon who is so called "Lexpert" (Lexus Technology Expert) in Longo Lexus http://www.longolexus.com/Technology...01369331921971 to see if they can offer any help and he ignored my email completely.
Thoughts on how to fix this are greatly appreciated.

Have all your updates on the phone and is it being turned off at least once a week? Tried unpairing and re-pairing to the vehicle? Tried pairing another persons smartphone to your car(s)? Tried taking it to you local dealer's pre-owned department and paired the phones to a similar equipped IS? This would tell you if it was your phone or the car by process of elimination. Personally, not aware of any BT hardware failures in Lexus and it's almost 99% the phone. Try some of those out though.

Yeah I have done all that based on my initial post and you might have skip that haha I have 2 phones and 2 ISs and I paired them together and test them out for like couple weeks. Only the IS250 have problem with 2 phones while the IS350 has no problem with any of these 2 same phones.
I will try the turning off the phone once a week to see if it helps. Any other suggestions?

Ironically had two guests back to back the other day 2014 IS she had a Samsung that would cut out like yours and a 2010 ES (same navi as yours) with a iPhone 5C doing the same. Paired up my 5 and 5C just fine and a tech's android no issues. IS guest called yesterday saying she went to her provider and got a new Samsung works fine now.

So you are saying it is because of the phones? Both of her iPhones are unlocked or jailbroken?? What make her iPhone disconnecting while yours not??
No I got that. What I meant though is your IS350 is a 5th gen navigation system and your IS250 is 6th gen HDD with BTA. So you need another Lexus with that gen 6 system to test on.

To do a backup, plug in your iPhone and let it sync with iTunes and it should back up automatically.
