What do you guys think? I just slapped on the emblems yesterday but still undecided if I'll keep them on or take them off.
It was more of an experiment to see how it would look, starting to grow on me....

No sir, not a factory F-sport.
When I bought my car it was down to my 2011 Luxury Package IS350 and a 2011 F-Sport Package IS350. Found both in the same color, very similar mileage. I would have saved about $2500 if I went with the F-Sport package one but I couldn't do it because it was just missing too many nice things from the Luxury package.
I would have lost memory seats, auto rain-sensing wipers, power tilt/telescope steering, illuminated door sills, auto-dim and auto-tilt-down side mirrors, rear power sunshade and the biggest thing was the awesome ventilated and cooled leather seats. As a previous 335i owner that was one feature that I was very jealous about the IS350 so It was a must have for me.
Sooo what to do? Buy the Luxury package, add the exterior F-sport OEM enhancements (front grill, spoiler) change out all the suspension and wheels for F-Sport Accessories (not the factory F-Sport OEM stuff) and build myself a better F-Sport package than factory

OEM F-sport package is basically cosmetic enhancements with no real performance gains, handles "slightly" better than a regular IS due to the sport suspension Lexus sourced from the 06-10 parts bin. (Hell they slap these badges on RX350's and CT200h Hybrids)
While if you build up the car with REAL F-sport "Accessories" you will have a car with REAL performance gains.
Slap F-sport badges on both cars....now who's the real poser?
My opinion is a car built up with TRUE F-Sport goodies to outperform a stock car substantially is well deserving to flaunt the badge.
Example, If you were being chased by a 335i M-Tech down a nice canyon road, what car would you rather have to represent Lexus's "F-Sport" badge? A stock F-Sport Package IS350, or a full catalog F-Sport Accessories IS350?

After having it on for a couple days now I'm really liking it, probably keep it on. The side profile view was kinda plain to me before, like it was missing something.. I think the badges gives it a little zing.
Probably will keep them on.
