Hey my front tire size is 225/40/18 92w. Rear is 255/40/18 99w. Anyone know the size, offset,and bolt pattern I have new tires already please help..I just wanna get rims for 07 is250 rwd 18". Thanks.

those are OEM spec tires... OEM wheels are 18x8+45F, 18x8.5+50R. Bolt pattern is 5x114.3.

Depending on the width of the new rims you want, the possible offsets could range greatly. You need to give us some more info.
