Default Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Engine Misfires

Looking to buy an Oxygen Sensor for my 2006 IS 250. My engine light came on and went and got coded.

P2195- Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0303- Engine Misfire 3
P0304- Engine Misfire 4

Couple questions:

Is the Bank 1 Sensor 1 Upstream right or upstream left?

And what is the probability that the engine misfires are due to the o2 sensor needing replaced?

Thanks for the help!

I had the P0301 code and cleaned off the spark plugs and the code did not reappear. A couple of weeks later, the P2195 code appeared and has not left.

I have the same questions as the OP. Would like to know if someone knows about this

Thanks
