I would go with the 3rd gen IS conversion and get a nice diffuser for the rear and call it a day!!
there are already people selling converted bumpers so you just have to paint and install.
just my 2c....
Other kits are so common now and it kind of just get old to me personally.

Do you know websites that sells bumpers of the 3rd gen and fits the 2nd gen ?
Anything out of the normal Ings, jp Vizage, Wald is so expensive with all that custom work. And thanks mirano, been looking for that link with the 06-08 body kits for such a long time now. Went on it once and never found it again.
