08 IS250 won't start

Default 08 IS250 won't start

my friend's IS battery dead and now it won't start, no key detect, replaced car battery and smart key battery too and same problem.
ECU went bad ???
Anyone had this problem ???

The basics:

Enough fuel in tank?
Pressing the brake pedal before pressing the start button?
Are the new battery poles correctly connected?

What battery you talking about?
I don't think so... Batteries are connected correctly...
No key detected how can it start?

Long shot but try holding the keyfob inches away from the PTS button

On my LS460 if the keyfob battery is low the system will automatic prompt you to put the keyfob against the PTS button to start the car.
In his car it does not say that??

It might not say it, but it works the same.

Hold it Lexus emblem towards the button until the light turns green, then press to start.
