Default eBay Rear Diffuser...thoughts?

Totally new to rear diffuser's but don't have a ton of money to spend. Has anyone bought or known anyone that has bought one of these diffusers off eBay. Also how difficult is it to install. It says "bolt on" just not sure how hard it is to do. Thanks!

That's a Wald Replica.

I want to say the fitment on this will be hit or miss. Try it at your risk.

That is most certainly NOT a Wald replica. That is a MYRIDE replica. Some have had good luck with simply using 3m double sided tape and a couple bolts, others have had to shave and make it fit. Thats all part of the replica game.

Bro, do you even search?

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...r-replica.html

I like it but would definitely mold it to my bumper if I got it.

Don't double stick anything. Get a shop to paint it and install it RIGHT!

I have this painted and installed professionally on 2 cars. Both painted with 2 color tones. However, one is molded and one is just 3M double tape.

The molded and painted one has perfect color match, fit 100% and clean looking. The one without molding has small hairline gap and color doesn't match as good as the molded one.

MyRide replica
Original MyRide comes from Korea and is in FRP
MyRide is basically a "copy" of the ISF Wald Black Bison diffuser made for the 2IS

Below are my molded and painted with two tone colors MyRide diffuser.
Fitment is 100%, color match 99.9%, no gap in anywhere and super clean looking.

Closer look at the fins:

I think you need to take out gfx rear lip to fit it on because the MyRide diffuser is made to fit the OEM bumper without any lip.

F Sport exhaust fits perfectly on there. My car has F Sport exhausts if you notice.

This really depend on the shop and the quality of their work and also your paint color. When you mold it, they have to repaint the whole bumper too. I think most will fall between $500 to $1000.

Did your shop repaint the entire bumper or do a partial blend? I'm worried about my white paint matching.
