Default Newbie needs help with wheel size & tires

What's up fellow members, I signed up today in hopes I could get help for wheels for my IS 250 AWD, I will be getting new wheels and after extensive research I decided to go with the Rohana RC10. Not sure of size that's why I'm here. I'd like to go with 19" because of look but I do live in Canada where the roads get beaten up from winter

My questions are should I go 18" or 19"?, Can I go 19" with as much rubber as possible or would that look bad? What tire sizes should I go with? Will I need any sort of spacers or other accessories.

I have never gotten wheels before so I need a lot of help.

Thanks peeps!
