Missing Horn?

Making the harness isn't that bad. All you need a 4 prong relay, 10-15 amp fuse block, wires, wire connectors, and a soldering iron. Took me 30 mins, and most of it was running all the wires through braided sleeve and heat shrink with a lighter on a windy day.
If you google hella horn relay and click images you'll see which pin goes where (one ground, one to the stock horn wire, one the the fuse block that goes to the battery, and one to the hella horns.)
The just did hella supertone install and they are awesome.

BTW, the two horns when played together make a certain frequency (Hz). Each horn makes a different pitch. Perhaps the previous owner liked the sound of just that one lower-toned horn? IDK, just a guess. Hard to believe someone would actually steal a horn! LOL!
