While I would never do this myself...I am inclined to stay tuned for the final product. It's about being unique. If the rear (bumper, etc) gets the ISF/GS F sport treatment, it could definitely work-appears the ISF side panel is already there? That is assuming the body work is top notch. If it is just the front conversion, that is one huge beak for an IS to have. Ironically, I have a buddy who is almost completely done swapping front ends on a 2nd gen IS to the 3rd gen IS F sport grille et al.
The finished version will most definitely need a front lip. Other than that, shouldn't we all reserve judgement until its done? Its obviously a mess currently, but that's a given in an involved conversion.
50/50 for me. It looks totally badass, considering the amount of work is involved. Yet, there is something off about that super aggressive bumper on a relatively clean (body lines speaking) vehicle. Maybe there's just too many curves and it kind of looks like an angry anime character for some reason. Either way, still much props to someone who accomplishes this.
