Default Question on the front rubbing.

Hi guys, i have a question for all of you who have or had the Vossen wheels installed on your IS, or could be a different wheels but same offset as mine, right now i am having 20"x9" with 32+ offset on my front, and wearing 245/30/20 V12 K120 and i dropped on F-sport spring and shocks , my only driver rub when i hit a small slope or bumps as any speed unless i drive 10 mph it rub right at the bumper and fender bracket, it shredded some meat of my tire too, if i down side the tyres to 225/30/20 would it help? , it is very crazy it rub just on the driver side, even i have a passenger but that side never rub.

Measure the height of each side, I had the infamous Lexus lean on my previous IS and all I did was get coils to get rid of it.

Break out a grinder and go to town on the area that you're rubbing. Search "bumper tab" mod.

Question on the front rubbing.-img_3979_zpszq2znxhs.jpg

Yep, you can cut away quite a bit of that bracket if you need to. Just drill a new hole for the screw, then cut away as much of the bracket as you can.

Yes, a 225 tire isn't as larger as a 245 so it'll help, unless your rubbing is happening right in the middle of your tire lol

Thanks guys for all the tips, but i think my front caster is shift forward? Is it the reason for that driver to rub and the passenger isn't? I know 245/30/20 is big for the front, but why is only rub on the driver side? Not both

^The added weight of the driver helps with that. You need to figure out exactly where you're rubbing and hit the area a bit more liberally.
