IS250 Rearview Mirror Rattle, Noise, Vibration FIX!
I have probably taken the rearview mirror down ten times so far, trying to quiet down the very very annoying rattle coming from it. Last night I fixed it! 
Confirmed this morning, whether it was rough road or music at 50, no more rattling from the rearview mirror. I have a 2007 IS250. Here is the story:

Yes, covered by the TSB, but I was not the first owner and they did not bother.
Called Lexus and they would not touch it. One thing I can tell you, THAT was one very annoying rattle. Very happy to finally get rid of it.
