I just ordered some LEDs from ijdmtoy. Can wait to get rid of the yellow DRL bulbs! I had one burn out and decided to go LED. I have HID so I won't loose my High Beam. Also ordered the parking lights and interior light package they have.

are the HID bi xenon? I thought the DRL is the high beam.

agreed, i am also under the assumption that the DRL is dual purposed to serve as the High beams and only run at half power when serving as the DRL. unless you have some sort of aftermarket HID kit that dual serves as high and low beams. what i did to get rid of the disgusting yellow DRL is have them disabled and then swap out my city/parking lights to white LED's that look pretty good and don't take away my high beam.

how long ago did you purchase the slim decoders? I purchased it about 2-3 weeks ago and told me slim decoders are no longer carried. I have the big decoder so had to keep the dust cap off.

When i ordered from them on the website it says no longer slim decoder but thy sent me like small decoder .it fit in my headlight & i can closed the dust cap securely without any modification at all . Just lil tricky when i try to put the decoder in but it fit .

looks good, do you still have high beam functionality? and which bulbs did you go with for your puddle lights?

No , i lose my high beam cuz i use LED drl high beam . Anyways i barely use my high beam but i like the bright of my DRL now .
For mirror puddle i use samsung smd 5730 6led . Get the short 6 led , DO NOT use the 10 led cuz too long .

nice on changing out the yellows haha, i loved when i changed mines out too and along with all the non-leds to led's. it looks so much better

Congrats on your purchase. I had all Leds and loved the clean white look. You will loose your high beam though. Just FYI

@ kentchup , @ sffd103 Yap i luv the white look & being different from other yellow even though losing the high beam function but not all of them hve white DRL . Thumbs up

I have factory HID so I will not lose high beams or I would have done a projector retrofit. I did not know I have factory HID until I started shopping for the LED lights. I though it was weird that I had a DRL out but my high beams worked fine until I got out of my car and looked at them. The next day I took notice of the AFS lights. I was surprised because I do not have the luxury or sport package.
