2011-2012 Headlight Swap
Hey All,
I've been doing plenty of research in regards to this swap and hoped a few could chime in on certain questions I have.
I've read through a lot of threads on this site but I didn't come across the answer.
What connects and covers this hole on the bottom of the headlamp? (Right side with LED board exposed)
I understand the low beam cover can be reused from my '09, but the cover for high beam cannot and is part number 90075-66004?
I also came across this website:
http://minkara.carview.co.jp/en/user...5094/note.aspx
http://minkara.carview.co.jp/en/user...8973/note.aspx
I noticed he pins the wiring harness a little different as oppose to how Sewell's kit is wired. Any opinions on the difference and what differences you will see with functionality?
And lastly, I noticed he uses part number 81125-53570. Is this a necessary add-on with the conversion.
Thanks guys.

Figured it out. Although, the wiring I'm not sure about but I'll follow how sewell has it and see where that takes me.

JDM headlights only have a single 50% brightness setting which is why the harness is physically different in Japan. The wiring is different because they don't have the side orange markers as well. The cover at the bottom of the headlight is covered with the cap which connects the LED and turn signal indicator to the harness (cap built into the harness).
