Touch screen, and button around navi, not turning on. 07 IS250 Please help!

Sorry to hear that man.
What you can do, is control the A/C and heating by the Voice recognition system. Lower temperature, and Raise temperature. To turn it on, ("Automatic air conditioner ON"). you have to say the whole phrase though. lol
And to turn it off, same deal. ("Automatic air conditioner OFF"). Hopefully it works for you.
Let us know how everything turned out for you.
