Default Should Lexus install my break pads?

So I have some breakpads I ordered from Sewell and decided not to install myself. Should I have Lexus install these or will any shop do?

Any shop, nothing really special about it.

You don't need Lexus tech to install it for you. Any shop or someone has could get it done easily
