Default Nitrous 1/8 Mile pass

Hey Guys,

I've been lurking around for some time now and decided to post up my time slip of last nights track day. I own a 2008 IS350 60k miles with a generic eBay intake, deleted resonator and a ZEX dry kit currently on 55 shot jet. I removed my passenger seat and ran spare tires on the front (track officials eventually caught on and kicked my off the track for the night) I just ordered a 75 jet to see how far more I can push it without an exhaust.

Nice to see someone running nitrous on here again. What is a stock is350 capable of in the 1/8th? I thought i saw them running around an 8-8.5 at the track a few years ago. Easily could be wrong, just curious.

with that 1/8 mile time, he would be around a 12.5-12.75 in the 1/4, I would think

That's crazy. I did 8.9 something in my car on that same track.

Because its a "D" rated tire and shouldn't exceed 55mph, I'm going to look into buy an actual radial tire for the spares, hopefully they'll let me

I ran a best of 8.190 last night. I actually used to street race with Johnny when he had his silver IS350 on a 100shot, I know he was a member on here before

That's exactly where I'm guessing, 8.190 x 1.55 = 12.694

Easy solution go on craigs and find some used prostar setup off a mustang..same bolt pattern

I didn't know they had the same bolt pattern, thanks! Only thing is that I might have to stick with a 17 up front because of the brakes. I know Cobras and Mach 1's have to do some grinding on the caliper.

So are you spraying off the line? Love that 1.868 60ft! What tires are you running in the rear to hook up on the juice? Only two others I know of ran something higher than a 55 shot; they never complained of any issues.

GL and stay in the grooves!

johnny/windex was damn-near legendary because he ran a 100 shot w/ a single-outlet exhaust at the first Pursuit. I think he had the fastest ET of the day...

man, irwindale brings back great memories of The Pursuit meets...
