Like the unicorn or a double-rainbow, the impossible to find IS350 AWD
I've been searching far and wide (I currently live in Kansas City) for a used 2011-2013 (since that's when they introduced AWD IS350's) IS350 with all-wheel drive! It seems impossible to find one even remotely locally (within 150 miles) of Kansas City with nav and black interior, but seem to find hundred's of IS250's... Has anybody else had this much trouble trying to find a used car?!

Yes I had trouble with this as well. I live in Nebraska and believe it or not had to drive down to Kansas City to get my IS350 AWD. It was a 3 month search for me. In our area there are a ton of 250's, and I don't think it was common knowledge about the 350 AWD becoming available in 2011. I actually probably bought one of the last ones in your area last December.
Keep looking it'll be worth it when you find the one you want.

I assume you are not interested in CarMax? They often have free transfer. I found the most gorgeous bright blue IS350 AWD in Norfolk they brought up to DC for me to see. It only had 20K miles but I decided to go new. I have to admit I still think about that blue though it was so unusual! I had been looking about a month until the 350 AWD showed in the CarMax search.

Lexus Test Driver
Same problem I had, IS350 are so rare in my area so I ended up getting the IS250.
Don;t do this mistake if you have patience. I regret it ever since. Very slow car.
Go to lexus dealers and talk with a sale person to cal you if they get something.

Yeah, Carmax is a good option if you trust that the car delivered is what was advertised. You don't get your transfer fee back (at least in most cases I believe) if the car arrives and you find it not to your liking. I found most transfer fees were reasonable within a certain distance (like $99).
Just so you know, I got mine from Hendrick's Auto, which has a dealership in your area. They were able to transfer the car for me with no fee (granted it wasn't actually very far) so I just drove down to Kansas City over the weekend to test drive and ultimately took it home. So search their online catalog for a bit and if you find something that's not local just call them and see if they can transfer it for you.
I worked with Tim Eccles w/ Hendrick in KC and he was great to work. Knowing that the IS350 doesn't sit on a lot long he contacted me the day someone had traded one in and a couple days later I took it home. PM me if you want his contact information.
