Tires were 225/35 and 245/35. Rolled and pulled rear fenders and rolled fronts with front bumper tab relocated and fender liners trimmed. No rubbing at all. I also dropped the car a lot more than in this pic too

I was just trying to tackle the IS350 BBK on my IS250 today and everything bolted just fine till my Varr ES2s came into play... They would rub by maybe 1/2 mm it was terrible since I had just painted my calipers with 6 coats of VHT and 3 coats of Gloss VHT and baked them for 1hr20min so I was pissed when the wheel rubbed. So what did I do? Well grabbed a dremmel and just shaved that edge of the brake and now have maybe a credit card gap between the wheel and brake 
here is a picture of where I had to shave off the caliper and now im just gonna get them powder coated and continue the project next weekend... And IMO I rather shave a little off the caliper to clear than run some spacers which I think are not safe
