Default Front License Plate Holder (Help!)

So it finally happened... got a ticket for not having my front license plate up. Sigh* lol I live in CA so it's illegal not to have one. Now onto the solutions, I remember reading on here someone was looking for a front license plate holder (adjustable) from what I remember. I'm just wondering what my options are, preferably I don't want holes drilled in and I'd rather have my front license plate on my drive side rather than in the middle of my bumper. Any help would be appreciated before I make a purchase.

Also looked up some other methods like the zip tie/3m tape on the lower grille. If anyone has pics of these, it would be much appreciated.

I'm unsure about my options right now because I really like my front bumper without it, it just looks so clean. So maybe after I get it check and the fix it ticket is done, I'll take it off again.

Thanks!

I got my second fix it ticket from the meter maids for no front plate AGAIN a couple days ago... All I did the first time and what I will do this time is to get it signed off by zip tying it to the lower grille. The officer had no problem, I just hate going to the police station to get it signed off because I have 20% front tints as well. Don't want to get another fix it ticket for fixing the fix it ticket.. l0l.

Get one of those new hide a plates. Mounts under your bumper or in your lower grill. Even has a remote.

Yeah, I saw the rho plate. I was wondering if I could just take it off right after? lol

and @infate I know your troubles! I have 20% all the way around and when I got pulled over I rolled down my windows... LOL I totally forgot they will probably see it at the station too.... I've never actually seen people with them zip tied so if you could post a pic with it or anybody for that matter, it'd be super helpful. I'm just wondering if you just zip tie the corners onto the lower grille right?

@Bleezy could you send me a link or something about those? I've never actually heard of that before but it seems pretty cool.

I think you forgot to post the link, although I've seen your video a few times lol

I used to have a remote stowaway plate but it eventually broke on a speed bump lol
Now I got an RHO plate mount

I built my first RHO plate mount using this guide

ignorant much?

maybe the ricers in your neck of the woods rock them, but here in CA, no front plate = vehicle code violation. ask me how I know.

so to avoid being on the receiving end of a no-front-plate ticket, i'll take whatever action necessary to avoid a no-front-plate ticket.

that's not being "riced out"; that's being "resourceful". get it right.

Most cars look better without a front license plate. You can always go with the tow hook method, that seems to work well.

After many fix it tickets for no front plate, I gave up and just had one put on. Saves me time, money and hassle.
