the wheel size was listed when he gave you the tire size....offsets I have no idea..either way you shouldn't be rubbing too much...Try removing or modifying the fender liners...That is where I started and noticed a nice difference...Then look up the bumper tab removal for our cars using the "search" function.. And once you get all that done, go with some smaller/skinnier tires
