Question Painting Parking Sensors (Custom Color)?

Has anybody here painted their parking sensors? I'm wondering if anybody has tackled this on a color change before. I would greatly appreciate any input if any.

I'd very much like the sensors to match the new color as much as possible (custom color, so I can't just buy matching sensors).

Thanks.

Paint them all the time on various makes, no biggie at all. Scuff them up with a scuff pad and go. Knock wood I've never had one come back peeling or not working.

Awesome! Thank you! My paint guy was worried they might not work if he sprays over them. Looks like I have my answer.

The clearest one would be in the rear quarter panel shot of the green GS350. See the little round bump in the rear bumper right below the tail light? That is one of the sensors we're talking about. They are part of the Park Assist option.
