Cool Aftermarket Audio system, USB adapter ?

Okay guys i have a 2007 is250 I've had this car for a good while now and I've loved every second of owning it but now its time for some upgrades and I've always wondered if there was a way to add USB capability to a stock non ml/navi stereo ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also are there any members here in nc that have their windshield tinted lol ?

There is a way, you can buy a VAIS unit, its plug and play, but I don't really think it would be worth it just for USB. I'm not sure if there would be any other way to adding a USB port other than buying a module of some sort.

I've got the vais unit. Works great. Love the usb option for music. Also has full integration to control iphone, ipod, etc.

I actually have my windshield tinted but do not live in nc. Lol

Haven't got into trouble. 35 all the way around might be pushing it. I have 50 on the windshield and 40 all the way around. 35 on the windshield might be too dark. I also have a black interior so the 50 was plenty for me. I used FormulaOne Pinnacle. It's a ceramic tint and totally worth it in my opinion. As far as getting in trouble, we'll that just depends what area your in and how they enforce it. Don't take my word for it though
