IS250 versus HS250h
Hi, I'm looking to buy a used car and am considering a couple used 2010 options:
1. acura tsx
2. audi a4
3. lexus hs250
4. lexus is250
All these are about the same price for a given mileage(roughly 30k miles, $25k). I live in the Bay Area and have multiple electric charging stations to choose from and was interested in the HS250, but liked the look of the IS250 more.
1. Are these two lexuses the same car except the hs is a hybrid? If so why are they the same price?
2. Why would a lexus be the same price as an acura? It seems one reason is that acura has better resale value(in 2010 the acura was cheaper, now they're the same price).

I say you buy my car for 26K and you're ready to win! I'm in the Bay Area also. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/lex...-show-car.html

I might like the glorified prius though, it's a hybrid so I save money on gas(im guessing since its not plugin it runs on solar energy?) and it's much more luxurious than the prius right?

i rather hav a Prius or CT200h over a HS250 if u want to get a hybrid... lots of dress up parts out there for those 2 but nearly nothing for the HS...

If you're serious about buying one, keep in mind that Lexus discontinued it after only 3 years.
I owned a G60 Corrado back in the day. Forced Induction + German = Expensive Maintenance or as the service guy once told me, "drive like a sport, pay like a champ". Granted, that's my bias when it comes to the A4. Your mileage may vary.
Which leads me to TSX vs. IS250. FWD vs. RWD. No contest.
