2012 IS 250 LED Interior and Exterior

Interior:
I have purchased a kit with all the interior LED's from Precision LED. Easy enough to order but some issues with quality in my opinion. Basically the trunk festoon solder came loose and had to get a new one plus some serious flicker in one of the dome festoons. Finally the front dome lights don't match exact with each other. My main issue is that during the fade up they flicker a lot. Has anyone ordered LED's that fade up smoothly?
Exterior:
I ordered Lumen's from CarId.com (they also had an interior package but was more expensive.) With the exterior can anyone tell me which oem external lights are LED already? Specifically turn signals backup lights etc.?

Thanks for the replies guys. I don't mind the brightness it is the flicker while fading up or down. How badly does it flicker during the on off sequence for the brands you bought?
So exterior needs turns, backup, parking, puddles? I am use crystal vision for highs and fogs... Installing this weekend. Had zxe in my last car and hey looked nice and where about 4k to 4200k in color.
